Cousin by marriage to Big Thief’s Adrianne Lenker, the Minnesota-raised, Vermont-based musician Lutalo Jones melds decidedly raw, lo-fi drums that recall Unknown Mortal Orchestra‘s roughened kit with Lennon-esque melodies that recall the Beatles at their most psychedelic.
