I first heard the voice of Kay Young featured on “Get Connected” by Sekrit back in 2017.

 

 

 

Since then, between supporting Jay Electronica in London and appearing on the Blue Note Re:imagined album, Kay Young is now readying her new EP, We Meet At Last, a standout track from which is the raw and real, watery piano-drenched, downtempo cut “Woe Is Me,” which features Ego Ella May.
