Diggin’ This: Natalie Slade ft Hiatus Kaiyote’s Simon Mavin – “Humidity” (Live At The Grove) (Eglo Records) (Official Video)
Laid back, literally.
Completely here for “Humidity,” the dreamlike and aqueous new single from Sydney soul chanteuse and recent Eglo signee Natalie Slade. It’s set to appear on her as-yet-untitled debut album, released in 2020 and produced by Hiatus Kaiyote’s Simon Mavin.
Recorded at Simon’s home studio, this live performance of “Humidity” features Ben Freeman & James Bowers on keys, Simon Mavin, Myka Wallace on drums, and backing vocals by Gaia Scarf and Allysha Joy.
In other news, the mustard-yellow-socks-and-Reebok-Classics combo is now a must-have look for Winter 2019.
