Can’t believe we get three of my favorite music makers on one track.

 

 

 

I’ve been a fan of London’s Greentea Peng ever since she released the trippy, hallucinogenic future soul cut “Mr. Sun (Miss Da Sun)” back in 2019 (which landed at number 2 on my Top 100 Tracks of 2019 list). 

 

 

Her latest release, “Stuck In the Middle,” produced by fellow UK artists and DanDigs.com favorites MJ Cole and Swindle, is a cool and collected jazz bubbler peppered with soulful keys and a captivating rimshot-heavy beat.

 

 

Check out the video below which finds Greentea Peng stuck in what looks like one of those weird-beyond-weird proto-Lynchian 1960s British experimental telly dramas (like the brilliant The Prisoner, which I binge-watched a couple of years back).
