Having just got back from a truly inspiring four-day trip to Japan, listening to the digital funk sway and shining sonics of Fukuoka’s Brisa is the best way to continue the 日本 party.
From the soothing vocal harmonies that begin the track to that rubbery bass stomp to those meandering guitar pickings to those laser-like synths, “CLOUDNINE” is both futuristic and optimistic, accelerating the listener into an extremely bright and wonderful tomorrow.
