Melbourne MC Elf Tranzporter, a co-founder of MetaBass’n’Breath, one of Australia’s very best underground hip-hop collectives from back in the day, has linked with Sydney-based reggae artist Rayjah45 to create “Soul Step,” a grooving and soulful rap cut with beats and production supplied by Clever Austin aka Perrin Moss from Hiatus Kaiyote.
