Olivier Daysoul may have changed his name to Olivier St. Louis, but he still comes correct with some of the most inventive falsetto soul out there.

 

 

 

The Berlin resident has toured the world as part of Oddisee’s live band and has worked with Hudson Mohawke, Bibio, and Onra.

 

 

That falling-forward, aluminum drum beat, those balmy guitar zig-zags, and those impassioned vocals.
