LA-based singer-keyboardist Eli Goss and NY-based drummer-bassist Harry Terrell are the Breathing Effect.
Their song “Josephine,” which I played on my latest Worldwide FM show, is a delicate balance of finger-picked guitars, vocal swells, reversed beat fills, and precise drum machine hits.
