Mightily diggin’ the technicolor melody, honeyed vocals, and golden, gleaming production on “Running Away,” taken from Los Angeles singer-songwriter-producer Joey Dosik‘s new EP, Game Winner.
Joey wrote the EP in hospital after tearing his ACL, a crucial ligament in the knee, during a game of pick-up basketball. The injury forced him to undergo surgery and a full year of recovery, during which he composed new songs on a portable keyboard from his hospital bed while watching NBA games on TV.
