I first got hipped to Bells Atlas earlier this week through Bandcamp’s brilliant new City Guides feature, which sees the music streaming and download service shining a light on exciting musical scenes in cities throughout the world, compiled by Bandcamp chief curator Andrew Jervis.

 

First up: Oakland, California!
