Inspired by the sounds of Erykah Badu, The Smiths, Prince, Damon Albarn, and Tame Impala, Jackson Goodwin and Joe Digioia are SHYGUY, a Nottingham, UK duo whose new song “Long Time” is a laid-back and winding lo-fi indie-soul concoction that takes its time.
It’s an ideal pairing with one of Eddie Chacon‘s best tracks of 2023, “Step by Step.”
