Diggin’ This: Henry Green – “Uyuni” (Akira Records)

 

A welcome return for the Bristol, UK electronic producer and artist who has previously collaborated with Cyril Hahn and Kygo in addition to supporting London Grammar and Nick Mulvey on tour.

 

 

 

I first encountered the emotive electronic songcraft of Henry Green back in 2017 when I heard the soft textures of “More Than This.”

 

 

His latest single, “Uyuni,” (a possible homage to the Bolivian city, perhaps?) is a wistful and blissful chase through muted piano keys and sunriser synths.
