I interviewed the tremendously talented LA post-disco duo De Lux and produced this segment on their record release show at the Echo for NUVOtv‘s flagship music program, The Collective.

Being a huge fan of all things disco, post-disco, disco-punk, indie-disco, disco-pop, pre-disco, disco-crunk, disco-step, disco-trap, and that elusive new genre, disco-disco, needless to say when I first heard their fantastic song “Better at Making Time,” I was as hooked as a revolving mirrorball on the ceiling above a club dancefloor.

We talked at headquarters of their record label, Innovative Leisure, the day after their show at the Echo. This label is truly one of the greats.
