Werkha – “Le Roitelet”

Only five songs deep on his Soundcloud page, Manchester, UK producer Werkha has created some Francophonic Brainfeeder-ish brilliance with his song “Le Roitelet.”

It starts off simple enough, but it’s the Debruit-esque bass percolations that come in at 0:54 and the arrival of the French female vox and guitar plinking at 1:50 that really make it special.

Track down this track (which means “the wren” in English and is also the name of a 1920s Parisian automobile, in case you were wondering) on Werkha‘s newΒ Cube & Puzzle EP here.
