Tarp Surfing (Video)

This is what happens when there’s zero surf for eight weeks on the island of Jersey, a British dependency off the coast of Normandy, France.

 

What’s even more impressive is the fact that they somehow transformed an empty parking lot in the windswept Channel Islands to look and feel like Venice, CA circa 1972.
